II. Treasurer's Report
The lodge currently has roughly $8000 dollars in its possession
III. Secretary's Report
The Lodge is starting a drive to get more newsletters distributed by email
IV. Chapter Updates
a. Mow-a-Toc: Nothing of interest
b. Cabrosha Chapter: Elections will now be coordinated by the Chapter.
In addition, Ceremony practice is now being held at Chapter Meetings
V. Budget
Some changes were suggested on the budget, including altering the $95
cost per unit of Plan Books. Also, the cost for members to attend the
Ordeals was raised by $2.50, to a total of $15
VI. Calendar Changes
The W3A conclave will now be listed on the calendar, since many people
from Miwok clan attend this gathering. The next Lodge Executive Board
Meeting will be on March 1st, at the Santa Rosa scout office, at 1:00.
There was discussion on moving the Vigil Weekend to a different date,
but it was not passed. The date of Club Noyo was officially changed to
the 1st weekend in August.
VII. Newsletter
The new plan for the newsletter calls for 5 issues during the year. The
issues (and approximate dates) are:
January - Wrap-up of fall ordeals, Vigil Weekend, Lodge Dinner. Promotion
of Spring events.
March - Ordeal Promotions
June - Club Noyo, Conclave promotions, Ordeal wrap-up
September - Boiler Plate issue: Ordeal promotion, Noyo wrap-up
October - Conclave wrap-up, Ordeal, Dinner, Vigil promotions.
VIII. Plan Book
Update the Lodge Calendar after the recent changes at the meeting. Also,
have sufficient copies made in time for the spring ordeal, to pass out
to new candidates.
IX. Where to go Camping Book
Include the Rim of the Bay hikes, and the Mt. Diablo-Silverado Council
"Highlander" hikes.
