Lodge Dinner Report
According to Ray Leonard, there were 98 pre-registered members, with more than 100 expected drop-ins. The menu offered a wide variety this year.

Chapter Reports
Mow-A-Toc: Mow-a-Toc reports 10 new ordeal members and three new Brotherhood members. Many things were accomplished at the ordeal, despite heavy rain.
Cabrosha: There were Six new ordeal members from the fall ordeal, and 2 new brotherhood. Questions were raised and debated by the Lodge Advisor and Miwok Clan Advisor pertaining to the low candidate turn-out of the Navarro ordeal.

Elections
Due to poor election turn-outs, a new calendar was implemented:
- All scoutmasters must have received a letter, notifying them of elections, by the end of January.
- All scoutmasters must be notified by phone by the end of February.
- If there are issues with the elections, the scoutmaster is to contact either the Chapter Advisors, or the Lodge Advisor
- All elections are to be completed by the 1st of April.

Old Business
- Arrowman Service Awards are due to Dave Dukeman if you feel you are qualified.
- The brotherhood conversion rate may be too low this year (19) for national honor lodge.

New Business
Conclave Report: It’s going good, says Bruce Mayfield, Area 3 Advisor

Sliding Ordeal turnout at chapter/clan meetings possible solutions:
- Snacks
- Withhold patch at Ordeal; issue patch after they attend a meeting
- Raffle off a Patch or scout related item at each meeting
All have been tried to varying degrees of success in Mow-A-Toc Chapter

Brotherhood Conversion Solutions:
- Phone Calls
- ‘Brotherhood Coach’
- Personal ‘guide’ for each ordeal member
- OA Reps!

Lodge Officer Nominations:
- Chief: Joey Fini
- V. Chief: John Mattern
- Secretary: Chris McCormick
- Treasurer: Brian Enloe

Plan Book:
Needs to be updated to reflect new calendar, new officers. Decision on who to do the updating deferred to January.

NOAC:
Deposits of $50 are due ASAP. A $100 is due by Feb. 15th at the latest. At present, there is only one person signed up.

Patches:
NOAC Contingent:
Started at 1:48
Patches discussed for the NOAC contingent include:
- A 2-piece
- ‘Free Willy’, with a different color scheme
- Daniel Washburn’s 3-piece.
Issues related to the patch include:
- Will it be sold only to the contingent?
- If a 2/3-piece, will it be sold ONLY as a set?
All actions deferred to January Meeting

10th Anniversary Chenille (NOAC fundraiser patch):
Cost per patch: $16.50.
Ordered in a run of 100 or 150
Prices:
- Pre-order: $35
- On-site: $50 (first come first serve)

If 100 are sold, the lodge nets a profit of $1050
All money raised goes to the youth NOAC contingent, which already has $2900 in it.
Pre-orders will go out in the next newsletter, and will be due Monday, Feb. 2nd.

FINAL VOTE:
- Unlimited Pre-orders
- Based on pre-orders, round up to 100 OR 150
- $35 preorder,
- $50 on-site (1st come, 1st serve)
- All funds to be split evenly between the youth attending NOAC

10th Anniversary Patch:
On sale at the Lodge Dinner
Limit of 3/person, cost of $5 per patch
